5Great fun and worth the price  Apr 28, 2009 By G. U. G. Puchalla "puchallagut"
Just by chance I came across this slim publication and bought it. To my surprise you can easily start learning the tenor. He teaches you how to play the melody, the chords and the chord melody of many delightful classics. All the other schools I have demand a teacher because the books themselves offer only poor song material. I must admit though that I have already been playing the mandolin for a while. So starting to play the tenor was maybe smoother for me than it might be for you. But as the songs have tablature and notation I guess every music enthusiast will find their way to success with this booklet. Not to forget the DVD and the CD which offer also a lot of assistance. So, thank you Joe Carr for that school. And good luck to you and a lot of fun with this book for you, my fellow buyers and Carr disciples !
