5Standard reference  Nov 01, 2007 By J. Bogaarts
This is the standard reference on records management. It covers all the aspects of records management as presented in the ISO 15489 standards (and more). It is aimed at archivists and records managers. It presents the theory and praxis of modern records management in detail and gives references to all the relevant publications.

The book does not contain 144 pages but 318.

5Review on the books  Nov 09, 2009 By A. VISA "bookbinder"
I' m pleased i manage to buy the books i wanted because i couldn't find them in the Greek market and i never imagined before that by doing such little effort i could buy two of the most important book for me.
The books are sold in a very qualitative hard pack edition and in very good price compared with other e-bookshops. Amazon.com is definitely a customer friendly bookshop even if the customer lives at the south hemisphere.
The books are suitable for both record managers as well as for those who are just interested in record management
