There is a huge number of poorly transcribed Zeppelin songs out there. In fact, most of the tab out there is loaded with mistakes. But this set is the real deal and, finally, someone got it right . You want to learn to play it the way Page did - buy this. Fair warning: Jimmy isn't considered one of the best - if not The Best - overall guitarist of all time because everything he does is obvious or easy. On the plus side, if you're not a top notch player now, you will be if you work your way through these books.
A pity the mandolin guys didn't read the upper right hand corner of the box: Authentic Guitar Tab Edition.
It's GUITAR.
Not mandolin, not flugelhorn, not Northumbrian small pipes - guitar. It may be a 1- or 3-star mandolin set, but it's definitely a 5-star guitar set. But it.

These are really great transcriptions of Led Zeppelins first 5 albums.
The only reason why I give it 4 stars is due to the format in which the
books are published. I literally need to tear these books apart in order
to lay it out to read and play. The binding of the paperbacks are such
that creasing the book open more or less ruins it!
Please provide these great transcriptions in a "spiral bound" format so that we
can open the book on a stand while playing!
Too many of these books are done so cheap forgetting something as simple
as that! Also the font is so small you need binoculars to read!
Consider these improvements. I for one would pay more!

Great box set!!!
I don't know what the last reviewer was talking about (Mandolin Tab?) The box set clearly says Guitar Tab --- so he should have given it 5 stars like I am.
Great albums: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Houses of the Holy, etc! It's all there. Authentic, artist-approved guitar tab!

The definitive collection of Zeppelin guitar tabs. These transcriptions are accurate and easy to understand (even if the songs themselves aren't always easy to play...). If you want to learn how to play Zeppelin on guitar, look no further, buy this set.
