5A bass workout  May 28, 2008
This is an excellent tool. I have been using it for about 20 days and it has increased my speed and agility. It has a 30 day workout for beginners and then can be used another 30 days for more advanced workout. It is really helping me and I would recommend it for anyone trying to pick up speed and agility.
